• Fair Pricing:  We provide fair and reasonable prices for advertised products.   

• Transactions: All sales are conducted securely through our platform. The payment process is straightforward and designed to protect both buyers and sellers.

Returns Policy:

• No Returns: Generally, we do not accept returns. However, exceptions are made for damaged or incorrect items.   

• Damaged or Wrong Goods: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within a specified time frame (e.g., 7 days from receipt) for a return or exchange.

Order Fulfillment Process:

• Order Verification: After selecting goods, customers verify their order.

• Terms and Conditions Agreement: Customers agree to our Terms and Conditions at checkout and confirm the order's accuracy.

• Payment: The customer's credit card is charged for the full amount of the goods. We do not collect Canadian PST as goods are located outside of Canada at the checkout time.

• Shipping Cost Confirmation: Once suppliers confirm goods availability and provide shipping costs, we send a payment link for shipping to the customer.

• Shipping Arrangement: Upon receiving shipping payment, we instruct the shipping company to arrange delivery, which typically takes 20-30 days.

• Refund Option: If the customer declines to pay for shipping, a full refund is issued as per our cancellation and refund policy.

• Direct Shipment and Customs: Goods are shipped directly to the customer's address. Customers are responsible for any custom fees and taxes upon arrival in their country

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

• Customers may cancel their orders and receive a refund at any time before the goods have been shipped. If the shipping cost remains unpaid 5 business days after the order payment, the order will be automatically cancelled. For orders cancelled before shipment, a 5% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. This policy ensures that we can maintain efficient operations and serve our customers effectively. Please note, once the goods are shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and refunds will not be available except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as outlined in our returns policy.

• All bumpers, side steps, roof cargo bins, undercarriage protection comes with one year warranty from our supplier.
